1. What NovaMind AI is

NovaMind AI is a free interface that lets you chat with third-party AI providers using your own API key ("bring your own key"). We do not sell AI access and we do not operate the AI models — your requests go directly from your device to the provider you select.

2. Your API key is your responsibility

You provide your own key and you are responsible for any usage, quotas, or billing from your AI provider. Keep your key private and never share it. Your key stays in the page's temporary memory and is wiped when you close or reload the page.

3. AI can make mistakes

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions without verifying from authoritative sources. NovaMind AI provides no warranty of any kind.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NovaMind AI to:

• Break the law or violate anyone's rights
• Generate spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Circumvent any provider's usage limits or terms

We may block misuse to protect the service and other users.

5. Third-party services

AI providers, ad partners (such as Adsterra), and linked sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
